We are deeply sadden for the loss of our Chancellor, H.E. Paul Christiaan Klieger. Our sincere condolence to his family & friends grieving the immeasurable loss of Paul.

We will always remember your relationship to our house and you will always be in our prayers.....Anyone can be forgotten but not a man who chose a life of selflessness and generosity.

"We deeply regret to inform everyone that our beloved Confrere and Delegate to the Council for the Royal House of Hawaii Chancellor Dr, Paul Christiaan Kleiger has just passed away unexpectedly at the Anglah Central Hospital Denpasar, in Bali, Indonesia. where he resided.

We offer our prayers for the repose of his eternal Soul and thank God for all of the many

graces and good that he did for so many people.

As a historian and the World's foremost expert on the history of Hawaii and lineage of the

Royal House of Hawaii he is irreplaceable."

The Funeral and Memorial Services will be held at the Municipal Funeral Home of the Oureana Foundation in Ourém Castle, Portugal followed by burial of the remains in the adjacent Saint Joseph Private Cemetery of the Regalis Lipsanotheca on September 27th, 2019 at 6:30 PM

Instead of flowers, the American Association of Knights and Dames of the Portuguese Royal House have requested that tax deductible donations be sent for the purchase of a cenotaph for Paulʻs memorial.
