H.R.H. Prince Noa Kalokuokamaile III presented the Royal Order of the Star of Oceania Awards of Merit at the BUFFALO BIG BOARD SURFING CLASSIC to the “Waterman Legend”, Richard “Buffalo” Kalolokalani Keaulana. Buffalo was bestowed the rank of Knight Grand Officer of the Royal Order of the Star of Oceania and his ever faithful companion and life partner, Aunty Momi Keaulana was bestowed the rank of Dame Commander of the Royal Order of the Star of Oceania.
